DELIVERY LOCATIONS AND CHARGES

Laser Cut Customs delivers Australia wide. We offer flat rate shipping $10 Australia wide.

We offer FREE local pick up from our studio (By appointment only) located at 17 Wheelwright Gardens, Wellard. If you choose this option we will contact you to arrange collection times.

DISPATCH TIMEFRAMES

Your order will be dispatched and tracking number provided within 2 business days.

Australia post deliver within 1-8 days within Australia (Delays may be experienced due to COVID-19)

Order delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by the freight company, payment authorisation, or public holidays. We cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery and the above time is as provided to us by the freight company.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

We give authority to leave for all our parcels with Australia Post. For this reason, we suggest you provide an address where someone will be available during business hours to receive your parcel as it is delivered.

Once an order is marked as delivered by Australia Post and DHL tracking, it is the customers responsibility to retrieve the order either from the local collection office, the authority to leave location or the business address provided.

Once an order has been dispatched, Laser Cut Customs is unable to amend delivery location or redirect your order.
